2007 Race Results...Fallsburg Festival of Races: August 18th, 2007

Thanks goes out to All the Runners and Volunteers who spents hours in and out of the woods to make this first ever Lowell Area Marathon possible. From the aid stations workers to the table registration workers, to the finish line timers to the hotdog and chicken chef... and an extra thanks goes out above for the Fantastic Weather Conditions...48 degrees in mid-August...don't bet on that for next year. Thanks also to Strider's Running store in Grandville for use of there race clock and the Lowell Meijers for donating the watermelon and bottled water....p.s. Happy Birthday Dennis(62!) and thanks "Chainsaw" Marve.

31.  1:41:38...Mr. Wimpy (sorry we missed your tag for your name)

...and YES the Wimpy 8K was all flat and fast...downhill, wind at your back type of course when you think in terms of Relativity...because when you compare it to what the Half Marathon Course was like...it was flat! and the half marathoners better not start whining because your course was also flat when compared to what the marathoners had to run through in the second half...you ran up Lil'D...they had Big D at Mile 21!

Fell...Broke a Finger...and STILL FINISHED!!!

Thankyou for all the nice race comments...you can post the on www.marathonguide.com
